Uscita Pistoia inaugurated 11 October 2003 by organizing an event, which presented 25 artists, working and living in Tuscany, in an exhibition held in the house and studio of Giuseppe Alleruzzo.

From this unique and successful event, Uscita Pistoia became an appointment that is repeated, an experiment that is now affirmed. The curators Giuseppe Alleruzzo and Samuel Fuyumi Namioka continue to create a forum for meetings and the exchange of ideas by inviting artists from Italy and all over the world.

To expand the activities of Uscita Pistoia we created a space in our website to show art, for which artists will be invited to develop special projects.

Uscita Pistoia is based at SpazioA, via Modenese 165, in Pistoia.

Uscita Pistoia has the public support and patronage of the Region of Tuscany, the city of Pistoia and Palazzo Fabroni Contemporary Visual Arts in Pistoia.
